This package is for those basic room renovations (such as a kitchen, bathroom, laundry, etc.) where the plumbing & footprint essentially stays in the same place, but you need upgraded fixtures, finishes & an overall design plan. I love providing homeowners with solid plans, materials, and the confidence to either DIY these types of projects themselves OR to hire the project out with great contractors (even if you’re several states away! ;). Either way, I’ll be sure that you’re set up for total remodel success, and that you’re spending the majority of your budget on your fabulous space with my super reasonable flat fee packages.

• • First, You’ll send measurements & photos of your space (I’ll give instructions on how to send these if our project is Virtual &/or long-distance),
  • From there I’ll develop the necessary Floor Plans, Mood/Concept Boards, and Renderings. I’ll also send you a general project flow to follow and installation tips as needed.
  • Then, you take it from there and either hire out and manage your own project or DIY it!

(AKA E-Design) This option is perfect for those of you with spaces that need a cosmetic refresh; fresh paint, furniture, lighting & decor, etc. You won’t believe the difference cosmetic upgrades can make! Just send me photos and measurements of your space, fill out a quick questionnaire so that I can nail your needs & wants for your space(s), and 3 – 6 weeks later, polished design plans will be delivered right to your inbox with instructions & a shopping list to match. Voila!

With each room design, you’ll receive one floorplan, one concept board, and one coordinating labeled and linked shopping list so that you can order your new items on your own timeline and according to your own budget!
